Dear diary,
I am writing this entry from my job. Yes, I finally got a job! And not only that, but a place to live, too! Well, one where the landlord is not some creepy, lousy, scumbag piece of shit. That's always good.
On the other hand, A is not very happy about his professional situation, understandably. I wish I could help him, but I think he resents me for getting the job I currently have, since he has more experience in the area than I do. I think he holds so much contempt for me and for this place, in a conjunction of bad feelings from everything that happened between us as well as the scary feelings from starting a new life in another country, without parents or any family, with more responsibility and rent to pay.
Regardless, I am still happy for both of us. And I will be even happier when we both receive our paychecks.
I love him so much, and I want to see him happy, and be part of it.
